The two contracting Powers mutually agree that when the opportune mome t arrives the Hanyehping Company shall be ade a joint concern of the two nations and they further agree that without the crevious consent of Japan, China shall not by her own sot dispose of the rights and property of, hatsoever nature of the Hanyehping Company, nor cause the siad Jompany to dispose freely of the same.
